In the morning, I usually eat an avocado sandwich or cheese sandwich with an orange juice or papaya juice.
For lunch, I often have grilled chicken with potatoes and a salad made with fresh vegetables. To drink, cocona or maracuya. Although, my favorite dish is grilled fish with green banana and salad.

For dinner, I usually have an spinach omelette with some tea. Sometimes, I drink strawberry with milk, or banana with milk.
